Interesting Definition of Leadership

I just heard an interesting definition of leadership on the radio:

Confidence + Plan + Ability to get others to buy into your plan = Leadership

It makes me wonder...does that male sportscaster have kids? If so, are they toddlers?  I wonder who leads his household...
