Food Allergy Awareness Tees and Buttons
As moms, food allergies can present special challenges to our kids. Recently, I was encouraged to learn that Wee Wee Wear (a past Mom in the City sponsor) has added food allergy awareness tees and buttons to their collection. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the national organization, FAAN (The Food Allergy & Anaphylactic Network), one of the nation's leading nonprofit patient advocacy organizations providing information about food allergies. They will also be involved in the 2008 FAAN Walk for Food Allergy: "Moving Toward A Cure".
