2008 Mothers' Index Rankings - Time to Move to a Nordic Country?!
Save the Children released its ninth annual Mothers' Index today. Guess what? The United States isn't in the top 10, which I found to be really surprising. The index, which ranks the best and worst places to be a mother and a child, ranked the United States as 27th (we were #26 last year). Not surprisingly, the top slots were held by Nordic countries.
