I’ll admit that I have a somewhat obsessive nature. For instance, when I find a new food that I really enjoy eating, I like to think of a variety of ways to prepare it. That is exactly what happened when I sampled The Backyard Food Company’s sweet red pepper relish at a Getting Gorgeous event a few months ago. I ordered a jar of the Rhode Island Red Sweet Relish online and have been trying the relish in a variety of dishes since I received my jar. In case you like sweet red pepper relish also, below are ten ways to use sweet red pepper relish in your recipes:
Put Sweet Red Pepper Relish on Everything

- In macaroni & pasta salad
- In deviled eggs
- On hot dogs
- On wraps & sandwiches
- As a side or glaze for grilled chicken, pork or fish
- As tartar sauce (mayo & relish)
