Hallmark Adhesive Gift Wrap Review & Giveaway

A couple of months ago, I read about Hallmark’s new Adhesive Gift Wrap in Real Simple. (I had also seen it on the Parenting.com blog.) I thought that it was such a smart idea that I reached out to the company and asked for some rolls to review and/or to do a giveaway package. (Who does more gift-wrapping than moms?!) Fortunately, they sent me enough rolls to do both.
The first thing that I noticed was that there was such a great variety of designs, which is always good. Yesterday, I had a chance to test out the gift wrap (Michael has a little friend that’s having a birthday party this weekend). It was really easy to use and stuck to the gift as promised. Along with the gift wrap, there is a set of little seals that are supposed to be used to secure the ends of the wrapping paper. (Personally, I ended up using tape at the ends for a more secure finish.) Overall, I really liked the gift wrap. Anything that can save me time and energy (which this wrap does), gets a thumbs-up from me! The gift wrap is a found exclusively at Hallmark Gold Crown stores ($4.99 for a 30″W. x 10′ L roll).

Surely a mom thought of this great product! Usually all the gift wrapping chores end up in mom’s lap. I am a very clumsy gift-wrapper. My wrapped presents never turn out like Martha’s! It seems as if I never have quite enough hands when I am attempting to wrap a gift. You have to pull the paper tight, hold it, grab the tape, tear off the proper amount, and then fasten it. The regular old-fashioned gift wrap paper always seems to slip and shift around. The lovely Hallmark Adhesive Gift Wrap seems like a gift wrapping dream come true!
