THE LITTLE MERMAID 3: ARIEL’S BEGINNING

On Saturday, August 16th, several Mom in the City members and their families were able to see an advanced screening of THE LITTLE MERMAID 3: ARIEL’S BEGINNING in a Westchester movie theater.

Many of us have seen Disney’s The Little Mermaid and are familiar with many of the characters including Ariel, King Triton, Sebastian, and Flounder. THE LITTLE MERMAID 3: ARIEL’S BEGINNING is actually a prequel to The Little Mermaid. The story line revolves around earlier times when the music was banned from the deep sea kingdom of Atlantica and it answers some questions that viewers of The Little Mermaid might have (i.e. why King Triton has “issues” with humans). It is available on DVD starting today.
A few quotes regarding the movie from Mom in the City members:
-The movie was absolutely beautiful. My daughter LOVED IT!
-It was awesome. We really enjoyed it and we will be buying the video…
-Very cute – the kids enjoyed it (ages 1.5 through 5).
-The kids and I enjoyed the movie very much… The kids happened to sit through the movie (that’s a good thing) and at the end requested to see it again, so I guess I will be adding this movie to my home collection. For us adults, at least, it answered our curiosity on why Triton despised the “Humans”.
-The movie itself was very cute and my daughter LOVED it!!
-We enjoyed it very much.
-“C”(her daughter) and I LOVED the movie and cannot wait for it to come onto DVD… It was about an hour long which was good timing before the kids grew restless…
-The movie was really nice and I had my daughter and my nieces dressed as Disney princesses and they loved it. I can’t wait for it to come out on DVD to purchase (it). (Below is a picture of her daughter and nieces…)
