We usually usually roast or grill several Chickens and some kind of pork, beef or lamb roast on Sundays and then we have the meat ready for soups, salads, casseroles, stews all week. “Prepared” and packaged rice, grains and pasta, like Uncle Ben’s Ready Rice are a godsend when it comes to making delicious meals in moments! P.S. We've tried both the new Jasmine and Basamti rices and they are both delicious and endlessly versatile.
