You know how some people go high-low when it comes to fashion? Well, I do that in every area of my life. There are the splurge/special occasion items and then there are the practical every day items that I couldn’t live without. Suave skin care products are so reasonably priced (yet good!) that they fall somewhere in the middle. That’s why I’m excited to share about a special promotion that Suave is hosting along with actress and celebrity mom Holly Robinson Peete.

In their “Shower Yourself Beautiful” campaign, Suave®Skin is trying to raise awareness regarding how important it is for busy moms (like you and I!) to take time for ourselves. To help, they are giving away sets of different prizes each week. I missed the first week, but here’s the scheduled themes for the rest of the campaign:

Meanwhile, I have a little Suave giveaway going on here. I was recently sent some Suave products to sample. (I was also sent some to give away to you, so keep reading until the end.) Since I already like Suave products, it wasn’t a surprise that I liked these. Their new Suave® Naturals Wild Cherry Blossom Indulgent Body Wash is really fragrant. (My husband’s favorite scent on me includes a blend of cherry blossoms, so this body wash makes him happy.) That one is for my husband. The product that I personally liked the best was the Apricot Exfoliating body wash. Since I’m pressed for time, I like “double duty” products in the shower. I like that this body wash both cleans and (gently) exfoliates simultaneously.
