It's tough not to get depressed and wallow in my own pity, but I try my best not to. I still want my kids to be very happy kids who are exempt from the stress. These are great tips and I like the tips that include my family such as exercising together in the park and planting a garden. I vow to plant a garden with my kids in the next two weeks!!!
