Holiday Giveaway: Strawberry Shortcake Berry Cafe
November 12, 2009 by Kimberly · 45 Comments
I love the classics and Strawberry Shortcake is no exception. When I went to a toy fair earlier this year, I saw that Strawberry Shortcake was making a comeback. What did I do? I immediately went over and sniffed the doll’s hair. Talk about nostalgia…it still smells the same way that it did when I had one as a little girl. I love Strawberry Shortcake! If you do too, I think that you will love this giveaway…

Below is the company’s description:

My kids favorite hangout is our local playground in the summertime! We go everyday and get soaked in the sprinklers! During winter, it would have to be school for my oldest, and playgroup for my youngest.

Our crew likes to hang out at the lake, fall and winter we take a ride and spend the day walking or sledding, summers is always camping and fishing. We usually have a few extra kids that tag along. They all like to be outdoors.
My daughter’s favorite place apparently is her mommy’s lap (she’s right here with me typing this of course)! But really, she absolutely loves to be anywhere other kids are playing – whether it be the playground, park, mall, McDonald’s playplace, it doesn’t matter at all as long as she has friends or family playing or reading with her. She’s my angel!
Liz likes to hangout in her Rose Petal Cottage.
My daughter likes to hang out in mommy and daddy’s big bed. She loves to cuddle up under the covers and read books or watch cartoons.

My son loves hanging out anywhere I am! But also behind the chair in his bedroom. It’s a favorite hiding spot!

This strawberry shortcake set would be a blast at my house. This character has new interest with my daughters and they’ve been asking for a DVD, but I think this toy would be a much better choice.
When we bought our house, my husband hung swings in the basement. We added a small slide and a picnic table and it is by far, our kids favorite hangout.
