Oh, you all are going to LOVE me for this giveaway. Actually, I love you for it, because without you, I would not have been chosen to participate in this review and giveaway program.
Anyway, last month someone from Coach reached out to me and asked if I would like to be a part of Coach’s Holiday Blog-a-Day program that would be taking place from November 20th to December 19th. Basically, Coach asked thirty of their favorite bloggers (including me –yay!) what we are most excited about from Coach this holiday season. If you visit www.coach.com/holidayblog each day during the promotion, you can read what each blogger has to say about Coach, including GIVEAWAYS, reviews, pictorials and such. Although, I knew that I would be knee-deep in holiday giveaways and gift guides, I answered a resounding, “Yes!” (Of course…it’s Coach!)
The theme for my Coach Holiday picks is my favorite color for the fall – the color purple. If I could only choose three Coach bags as holiday gifts, they would be the following:
1. The purple leather Maggie purse for me
2. The purple textured metallic Audrey bag as a giveaway for one of you!
And (to mix it up a bit)
3. The multi-colored Op Art Darcy Clutch
-Let me give you my review of my new best friend, Maggie ($348 SRP) first. She’s beautiful. I have been getting “oohs” and “aahs” since she first came into my possession. As one of my twitter friends wrote:
“WOW, I mean wow… that is beautiful LOVE the color You will have it forevr bc it is impossible to kill Coach, qual is amazing” (FYI: She can spell. Twitter just limits you to 140 characters.)
I agree. You know that I’m a simple, stream-lined type of gal, so I love the classic shape of the bag. The color is gorgeous. I am such a typical New Yorker in that I live in black/dark colors. One of my dear fashionista friends gave her seal of approval, “It’s good to see you with some color.” Exactly. As far as the quality – it is impeccable. Coach is such a classic brand. I remember how even back when I was in high school (almost two decades ago – ouch!), Coach was the “bag of aspiration” for many of my friends. Whenever any one of us was lucky enough to be gifted a real (not knock-off, I hate knock-offs) one, the rest of us would be equally happy. The more things change, the more they stay the same.
Only one note of caution: If you do get a (non-black) colored Coach bag, be careful not to let anyone get ink marks on it – especially not within the first week. If by chance they do, don’t try to get the ink mark out yourself. You will probably end up discoloring a bit of your bag – and crying (or at least be near tears until you realize that in the grand scheme of things, you can always flip the bag around). I’m not saying that this happened to me. I’m just saying…
-I chose the Audrey bag ($598 SRP) for one of you. I chose her for several reasons. First of all, it is a beautiful and stylish bag. It has a classic shape, with a little texture to make it extra special for the holiday season and beyond. I also like that you can wear it either as a handbag or a shoulder bag. When I’m out with the husband, I can do a handbag. If the kids are along, it is shoulder bag all of the way. Lastly, I chose it for practical reasons. (If a giveaway is over $600, the winner must pay taxes on the prize.)
-My last choice is the multi-colored Op Art Darcy Clutch ($498 SRP). This pick is a departure from my normal style. I like to mix it up a bit sometimes though. I’m a woman – it’s my prerogative. I picked Darcy because I like clutch purses. I feel so classy when I carry one. I especially like the design (it’s simple yet modern at the same time) and color mix of this particular clutch. Isn’t she lovely?

I LOVE THE ADDISON COATED OP ART MULTIFUNCTION TOTE. I WORK PART-TIME AND BRING MY DAUGHTER TO WORK WITH ME SO I ALWAYS HAVE TO CARRY A LARGE BAG FOR ALL OF OUR STUFF! I LOVE THAT THIS BAG IS ROOMY & HAS A WIPEABLE EXTERIOR SO I WOULDN’T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT IT GETTING DIRTY WITH AN ACTIVE TODDLER. I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED A COACH BAG BECAUSE THEY ARE CLASSIC, STYLISH, AND SEEM VERY FUNCTIONAL.
my favorite bag in coach is in the madison collection, the textured metallic audrey. I recieved my first and only coach bag as a gift for passing my board exam to receive my nursing license. It was such a wonderful gift that was not only stylish but had a lot of emotional value to it. I would love to have another wonderful beautiful bag that would also have personal meaning if I receieved it from you!
like many others here, my favorite coach bag would have to be the metallic textured audrey, I was intruduce to the COACH brand a few years ago but I have never been able to purchase one, for my income, i cant afford it. however, i was given a poppy wristlet by my sister for my birthday this past July, and even though the wristlets arent as expensive as the bags, its my prized posession, I treasure it like no other. yeah, im pretty sure i’ll be bouncing off the walls if i were to be gifted something like this. this is my Coach story. thanks for the opportunity.

Coach is such a wonderful company. Ive been going to coach for years and each year they never let me down. They always have something great. I would love to give my daughter one someday. Right now we share a coach bag because I cant afford Coach that much.

I got my first Coach handbag yesterday and I was thrilled! Now, I’m obsessed and want to collect more handbags from Coach because they have an array of collections to choose from and these bags are simply gorgeous! I do not spend much on bags or anything else so getting one for Christmas would be so awesome.

The Coach bag I would most like to receive as a holiday gift is the Madison op art sateen audrey. I really like the structure and design of it and the leather on fabric is adorable. I love Coach because they always bring out new trends and creative ideas. Their bags never go out of style and are well made so they last a long time. Their bags are multi-purposeful and you can use them for any occasion. They make items for people of all ages and style. What I love most about Coach is that they have such a wide, varied selection that anybody can find something they love that fits their personality and they have a style for any occasion. They are always coming out with new designs and never seem to come out with the same thing.
I was fully introduced to Coach when a Coach store opened in our mall. I had always seen their purses at Nordstroms and other department stores but I had never really given them a thought. I was amazed at the quality and selection they carried. All of their purses are so beautiful. I never have seen the point of spending so much on a purse but after experience I can see that you get what you pay for and all Coach bags are definitely worth the money. I first fell in love with Coach when my husband hid my engagement ring in one of their classic wallets. Coach is timeless and practical for everyone from fifteen to fifty! what i like about all the product that coach makes it that its classy & trendy all in one no matter what item you’re using. i started buying small items for my self (i.e. wristletts) then when i got a full time job after college i moved up into purching purses… then i started buying them for my friends and family because i enjoyed their products so much! and if i win this purse i know exactly who i want to gift it to… my mom absolutely ADORES purple and she is a fan of coach as well so that wouldn’t hurt… BTW all coach purses she owns i’ve bought… with the exception of one (1)
My favortie bag on the coach website is the poppy sequined spotlight bag, and the audrey bag!!! The thing i love most about coach is that thier bags have the classiest finish and they can dress up any outfit amazingly!! I absolutely love coach!!

My favourite bag on the site is the LEATHER WITH CHAIN CLAIRE bag. My sister introduced me to Coach when she bought a bag from them. She loves that bag and lets me use it sometimes. I love Coach because they have such a wide variety of things to choose from and have something that everyone might like. Plus they are more affordable than most high-end brands.

im in love with the darcy clutch!i choose that! my coach story is that i always had trouble finding the perfect flats. they were always uncomfortableand scraped against the backs of my heels. well that changed after i bought some coach flats! it was like they came already worked in haha! i love that

I like the Audrey bag from coach, it is such a good size and a classic you could take anywhere. Another bag I like is the Kristen shoulder flap, which is also a classic look but a little smaller. I’ve never owned a Coach, although I have drooled over their bags for years.
