10 Great Black Friday Deals (And 1 Cyber Monday Bonus)
November 26, 2009 by Kimberly · 4 Comments
I apologize. You might be wondering, “Why?” I apologize because I have been deleting Black Friday emails left and right over the last month, because I didn’t think that I would be doing a post about it. I don’t usually shop on Black Friday, because it is too hectic. I’m not clinically claustrophobic, but I REALLY don’t like to be shoulder to shoulder with a bunch of strangers…especially during a sale! Just because Black Friday isn’t my “thing” does not mean that it is not yours though, right? That is why I am sharing 10 great deals below (including a website that tracks A LOT of Black Friday deals) in no particular order. Enjoy!
Black Friday:
1. momagenda is having a Black Friday Weekend Special (11/27 – 11/30). Site visitors will save 20% off the entire site this weekend. No promotion code is necessary.
2. Nine West is offering savings in stores and on site. Beginning at 5am online on Friday November 27th, the Bonfire, Polen, Husky and Mezmorize styles will be 50% off until 11am. After 11am, the styles will still be 30% off. (Nine West is also partnering with St Jude Children’s Research Hospital. If you donate $1 or more in store or at NineWest.com, you’ll receive a coupon for 20% off your next purchase in January.)
3. Leapfrog’s BLACK FRIDAY / CYBER MONDAY deals have already started. They include: 25% to 75% off site wide; select Leapster games as low as $5; select Tag books as low as $5; up to 75% off gift packs; spend $50 and get free shipping and a Black Friday Bonus – spend $100, get $10 off.
4. Zappos is opening the doors to their VIP Club from Black Friday through Cyber Monday. By becoming a member of the VIP Club member, you will receive free, overnight shipping – for the rest of your life! 8. Ikea is having a Black Friday Sale. You can see the details here.
9. Black Friday Ads “The Official Black Friday 2009 Website” has a huge amount of Black Friday deals on it. (The site is free to view.)
10. Amazon (one of my affiliates) also has a special Black Friday Deals page. They are adding special new deals to the page every day this week.
Cyber Monday Bonus:
Cyber Monday is stride rite Fan Celebration Day. Fans can log on to Facebook.com/striderite from 9am – 8pm EST for “news on foot health, holiday tips for the family and fun contests each hour! Enjoy!

I am going to have to check out Leapfrog and Amazon. I can use some good bargains.
Now I’ll become a fan of Toys r Us to see what offers they have. Thank you for the update!
Thanks for the 411. I must check out leapfrog and all other site for their discounts.
Hey all,
I haven’t checked out these particular sites, but last week, I got an email from LeaprFrog with 20% off & free shipping. I was thrilled – until I started price shopping – believe it or not, toysrus was cheaper with every item. I was surprised – the Tag was $49.99 at leapfrog & $39.99 at toysrus. Not sure if things have changed, but just be aware & check your prices!!
Kristy,
I definitely agree that you should comparison shop. (I also put “name of whatever I’m shopping for” followed by coupon in google search. You’ll find some good discounts/free shipping codes and such by doing that.)
