$250 Wedgwood China Giveaway

January 3, 2010 by Kimberly · 72 Comments

Congrats to the winner Laurie Murley.

Back in October, I told you about attending the Wedgwood 250th Anniversary Celebration on this post. I also shared some “Top Entertaining Tips from Wedgwood” on this post. That is why I am so excited that for my first giveaway of 2010, one lucky Mom in the City reader will win 2 Wedgwood White 5 Piece Place Settings ($250 value)!

wedgwoodwhite2

Back in November, I received two place settings for my use. I promptly stepped on one of the cups – and it didn’t break! (You have to read my previous posts in order to “get” that point.) The china is durable and it goes with everything. You will love it! (It’s so “special” that I’m giving away one of my settings to a friend who eloped/never had the chance to register for china. How did I find that out? She left a comment on one of my earlier (non-giveaway) Wedgwood posts. I read your comments…)

To win the two place settings, let me know your favorite Wedgwood piece – there are so many to choose from – in the “Comments” section below by January 15th. For an extra entry, share one of your personal entertaining tips. (As always, monthly newsletter subscribers get an extra entry. Just indicate that you are one.) Good luck!

Thanks to Wedgwood for providing both the review and giveaway place settings.

They have a really great selection and I’m having a hard time choosing just one. I love the extra swirls on the embrace platinum fine bone china and the modern classiness of the sloane square fine bone china but the antique look of the madelaine fine bone china is just beautiful!

One of my personal entertaining tips are checklists, checklists, checklists! I always try my hardest to keep track of everything that I need to do beforehand with them. Makes everything easier and helps me so much with not forgetting.
