Let Them Eat (Cup)Cakes: Jacy Cakes

Have you heard of Jacy Cakes? It’s a specialty cake business in NYC. They have a reputation for making beautiful, yummy cakes. What is really great is that they make vegan, gluten-free and sugar-free cakes. Their cakes are not my “find” though.

Rather, they are offering a new product that caught my interest – cupcake party kits. Sean has told me that he wants to play games and make cupcakes with his friends for his third birthday next month, so I’m taking notes. Their kits include everything that a busy mom (what mom isn’t busy?) would need to host a cupcake party. My kids have been to food making (pizza, cupcake, etc.) parties in the past and they like them. They are fun. This kit provides both the cupcakes and the supplies – icing, sprinkles, etc. They even provide custom/themed decorations to fit a variety of occasions. Best of all, they can make your kit to suit alternative diets like gluten-free, vegan, refined sugar-free and such. Yes, you can just make your own cupcake party kit. Would they look this yummy though?

Awesome idea, especially if you have kids with Celiac disease like me– they’re always upset that they can’t do things like this, but now they can!
