Congrats to the winner: Mona

If you missed, last week’s Great Jones Spa special offer, you will love this giveaway…

It turns out that I was gifted the deal from Juice Box Jungle, so I’m giving it away to a Mom in the City member. The giveaway is for a regularly priced $105 French Lavender Manicure AND Pedicure at Great Jones Spa. Below is what the site says about the treatment:

This treatment includes manicure- pedicure with Organic Sugar Scrub. Made with 70% certified organic ingredients and French Lavender essential oil, this scrub balances the crown chakra. Certified organic sugar-crystals loosen and lift dead cells while detoxifying the skin and drawing moisture from the environment to keep skin naturally hydrated. French Lavender deeply soothes and restores dry skin. Skin is left soft, renewed and glowing. No synthetic dyes, PEG-free, biodegradable, and paraben free.
Please note: this is not french manicure or pedicure. 60min; $105

To win the manicure and pedicure, let me know your favorite pampering spa treatment (massages and pedicures are my top two picks!) in the “Comments” section below by January 31st. This giveaway is only open to Mom in the City newsletter subscribers. Good luck!

  5. Lisa says:

My most favorite spa treatments are hand massages and facials. So therapeutic and relaxing.

my favorite spa treatment is shoulder/neck massage, helps me with my tension/migraine headache too. I have a panasonic massage chair at home, it’s decent for back and calf (especially when I was pregnant), but it’s lacking on shoulder/neck. I’ve tried other “rolling” “kneading” “tapping” “heat” type massage machines for shoulder/neck, but nothing comes close to the human touch

  7. I love pedicures. Pedicures are so relaxing.

Massages and pedicures are my favorite too! It’s my first pregnancy and my husband and I are thrilled and looking forward to the beauty of parenthood. I would love to look forward to a manicure & pedicure after the first trimester since I have been feeling miserable with nausea to the point where I can’t function at all.

My favorite spa indulgence is a massage. I’ve found that the most relaxing ones are the aromatherapy massages. The aromatic essential oils take you away and leave your skin as supple as silk. Aromatherapy tends to be a little more gentle than a swedish massage, making it perfect for expecting mothers.

  14. kk says:

I love pedicures. I’m ticklish, so it’s hard to still during a pedicure, bit it’s so luxurious.

  15. Priya says:

My favorite treatment is a massage to melt away all of the daily stress that comes with working and parenting.

  16. Elka says:

This sounds fantastic! Although its been a really long time, I really enjoy 1-hour massages which I think are a great method to de-stress from city life. Manicures and pedicures that use organic products are my favorite as I have learned the importance of how they also are essential to maintaining healthy hands and feet.

  17. Tishawn says:

I love manicures. I become so relaxed when I soak my fingertips and the end results are always worth the wait.
