My family members are huge music fans. Our kids have practically every kiddy-sized musical instrument on the market. So, I’ve been eagerly anticipating the release of Wii Music since back in August when I had a preview of it at a Nintendo event that I wrote about at “Games, Games, Games”.

It was a happy day at the Coleman house when we received our copy of Wii Music last week. (The game is being launched today – October 20th!) It’s already one of our favorite Wii games. It really is one of the best music games that I have played. It has more than 60 instruments (including a barking dog?!) that you can use to play along to music or to compose your own new music. There’s also a setting where you can be the conductor of an orchestra. You can play by yourself or with up to four players. This is a game that the whole family can play (it’s rated E for Everyone). There are so many little features in this game that it is hard to point all of them out – you’ll just have to test it for yourself!
