Did you know that September is National Chicken Month? While there seems to be a day or month to celebrate practically every food, I don’t mind. I enjoy the taste of chicken and like preparing it in a variety of ways. My family eats chicken at least once a week so I want to share some of our favorite easy chicken recipes so that you can include the poultry in your meals this month. Enjoy!
