I enjoy working. In reality, I have to force myself to stop my writing and web development work at times. However, I think that it is important to take breaks at work. Personally, I’m a fan of a variation of the Pomodoro Technique. I work for 50 minutes and then take a 10 minute break before getting back to work. One of the games that I have played during my break is the Panda Pop game. If the combination of popping bubbles and saving cute baby pandas sounds like it will make you happy, then you can try the game for yourself too.
I mentioned my excitement about participating in a fun sponsored blogging project with the Panda Pop games parent company (SGN) on last Friday’s “Favorites” edition. I am working with them on a promotion to increase brand awareness of the panda game. Definitely try the game and/or pass this post along to your game-loving friends. Studies have shown that playing games online for a little while can be a productive break/way to refresh your brain. (You can read Buffer’s The Science of Taking Breaks at Work: How to Be More Productive By Changing the Way You Think About Downtime for more detailed information.)
Are you convinced yet? 🙂 If so, you can click this Panda Pop game link. (It’s a smart link which works with Android, iOS, Amazon, Facebook and on your desktop so you can play it anywhere. Enjoy!)
