For Seniors:
Ivy League vs. HBCU? Explore Both!
Seeds of Fortune Inc. Presents: Ivy League V.S. HBCU Night – This is a virtual event on Thursday, December 19th at 5:00 PM via Zoom. It’s a fantastic opportunity to:
- Gain insights from alumni of prestigious Ivy League schools and Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).
- Learn about the unique offerings and opportunities at each institution.
- Get advice on navigating the college experience.
- Discover the 2025-2026 Yale Women in Economics Scholarship Program details.
Undocumented Students: 2025 Dream.Us Scholarships
TheDream.US offers scholarships to undocumented students across the country. The National Scholarship provides up to $33,000 for a Bachelor’s degree, while the Opportunity Scholarship provides up to $100,000.
Eligibility:
- Immigrant students with or without DACA or TPS who came to the U.S. before age 16 and before November 1, 2019.
- Qualify for in-state tuition at a Partner College (National Scholarship) or be admitted to an Opportunity Partner College (Opportunity Scholarship).
National Scholarship Deadline: February 28, 2025
Opportunity Scholarship Deadline: January 31, 2025
For Juniors:
Free College-Going Support for Juniors!
Let’s Get Ready is offering free support for high school juniors. Applications are open with a deadline of January 8, 2025. They encourage early application!
