This past weekend was a blur. On Friday night, after a wedding rehearsal, we went to an International Pot-luck gathering. Seeing that my “nation” is the south/America, I made a sweet potato pie. (It came out really well, so I will be sharing the recipe later this week.) Then, Saturday was the wedding day of our dear friends Rafael and Onnica Mercado. Sean was the ring bearer, so it was an especially fun day.
Sean loves both Rafael and Onnica, so he was excited for their special day. He started off by putting on his Disney ears hat at home and striking a Michael Jackson pose. That little boy is obsessed with Michael Jackson at the moment. He even wants to change his name to Sean Michael Joseph Jackson when he grows up?! Anyway, here are a few photos from Saturday. (It’s official… I don’t have any more “babies”. I sent Sean to the barbershop with Reggie on Thursday for a haircut. When I came home ALL of his hair was gone! Sean reassured me “I’m still your baby,” but he looks like such a big boy now. Sniff.)

I just love how Rafael has become like a “fake uncle” to Sean…
