I’m not really big into the scary side of Halloween. I do like dressing my kids up in costumes though. This year, we had the hardest time figuring out what to do. (For the last few years, we attended the Family Party at the American Museum of Natural History. It’s great the first few times, but my family has grown tired of it.)
Our church had a Fall Costume party, so that the kids could have a chance to dress up in (non-scary) costumes. That was fun. Besides that, I just allowed Michael to go to a special school function. The boys will also be decorating pumpkins tomorrow with their great-aunt. That’s about it. Hopefully, we’ll be more inspired next year…
Do you participate in Halloween festivities? If so, what did your family do this year?
